Getting in the groove would describe today. Not a fun groove either, just something that needs to be done to move the recuperation journey along.
Fortunately sleep is an all important part of recuperation for ankle surgery, and I did a lot of that…so what about tonight when I can’t sleep? I have a new A.J Parker book on my iPadĀ “Academic Exercises”.
Not sure why I selected this image for today’s post other than it represents the foggy feeling I had today caused by the pain suppressors.
The highlight of the day the gourmet chicken noodle stroganoff James designed for my culinary experience…. James is really getting into the nourishment aspect of being a carer.
