Why is struggling with new technology so time consuming? Why cant there be a simple solution for online security? The phone in my image above still works after several decades and it’s only challenging to use if you are under a certain age! Not a very secure location in today’s world… but then again it’s still operational!

It seems security is being made so secure that’s it’s harder and harder for people to access, including the person doing the “secure” set up. Ten security questions, two complex passwords and two user names just to set up an online payment account! And if you don’t have a cell phone to receive a text security code, you are out of luck!

I recently had a conversation with a friend who runs an ISP and is constantly fighting zillions of spam messages, and attempts to compromise the infrastructure. He said that often the complex passwords are easier to break into than a sixteen digit phrase which has spaces in it, sort of like this How I wish that2. Is this going to be a new trend or are the hackers already on top of this?

Today I reached the 25 % milestone mark of my recuperation journey ……and other than not being able to put weight on my right foot and needing a chair with wheels to get around the house, I am working pretty much at normal speed. I think the Alphabet exercise is going to pay off so stay tuned….

Conclusion: Complex may not always be the best………

Challenge: Pick companies that have the best customer experience technology support.
