One Hundred Days: Day Twenty-Seven~2
I’ve used this red hat to represent my mentoring role! However, today it feels like I am hat-less….. I am trying diligently to get back on track in spite of the many healing and recuperation distractions which often have to take priority.
This is one of those days when I am not looking at the twenty-seven notches of this blog series but instead I am contemplating the seventy-three more days to go of my recuperation journey! Either the glass of water is half full or empty… today it seems on the empty side:-)
I’ve had James move one of the green garden chairs into my shower….it works perfectly well letting the water drain through it and it looks fabulous besides.
The Dr Reed Alphabet exercises are beginning to pay off even after five days; I think I have about 20% of my ankle rotation back again! You’ll have to trust me on this as I am not going to post a video!
The adaptive Tai Chi which I do first thing in the morning over looking the San Juan channel, is keeping me as fit as possible considering I sit all day!
Conclusion: It’s time put my red hat on again!
Challenge: To have more fun during my recuperation journey.
