Breaking bread has thousands of years of significance and symbolism. This morning Chef Sylvia baked six loaves of bread and was in my kitchen early kneading the dough and setting it aside to rise! The results were mouth watering, and lunch an unforgettable event!

ChefSylvia~fresbaked~lunchThis after lunch “still-life” ~ does not accurately illustrate the outstanding imported German sausage ~ pickles and stone ground mustard ~ a real treat with the fresh baked bread.

My recuperation journey will gain some necessary impetus now with all the culinary goodies created by Chef Sylvia in my freezer, and the organization of every day things to facilitate living in a wheel chair with less stress! She’s given me the much needed added independence so I can rely less on my carer!

Now I’ve taken two days away from work to get organized, it’s back to the computer and things left neglected over the weekend.

Conclusion: There has to be a great business opportunity for the right person to help those suddenly wheelchair bound get organized.

Challenge: To take advantage of the added organization to really speed up my recuperation journey and my work projects .
