One Hundred Days: Day Thirty-Seven

When you discover a little red bench like this in the woods…..you feel like stopping and going no further. My day today didn’t have a red bench in it….it was a day pushing things to the finish line, and unfortunately no time for relaxing!

I was up and 5.30am and watched the moon set, it’s reflection mirrored in the water of  the San Juan Channel!

So today my post will be minimal…..just consider where your little red benches are and take time out to appreciate them.
