a memorable receipt
Only yesterday I read a really great post by Dustin Curtis: The Flimsy Doorknob & The Forgettable Receipt ~ two stories of user experience.
Fifteen years ago I was at MIPTV in Cannes. I still have the receipt from La Farigoue a little boutique restaurant on the rue de France. Did I keep the receipt because it was a memorable receipt or was the dinner really great and I wanted to return in the future, or both? (partner says: OK meal, great receipt!)
